Exchange-Only Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShopGPB. Your purchase supports Georgia Public Broadcasting and helps us continue to provide trusted news, quality programming, and educational resources across our state.

Please note that we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available at this time.


How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at shopgpb@gpb.org within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process.


Exchange Details

  • Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Prepaid Label Provided: You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Replacement Shipment: Once the original item is received, we’ll ship your replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We are unable to accept exchanges on:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital or downloadable items

These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
